We appreciate your interest in becoming an investor in MDVP's healthcare venture capital fund. Below are a few key characteristics of our investment opportunity – take a moment to familiarize yourself with these. Open exclusively to physicians. All of our Limited Partners are medical doctors. They come from a variety of specialties and range from physicians just starting out to doctors contemplating their retirement planning options.

Low minimum investment. Traditional venture firms which do allow selected individuals to invest require minimum investments of $1 million or more. At MDVP, our minimum investment is a small fraction of that and we ask that our Limited Partners' total commitment to our fund does not exceed 10% of their liquid net worth.

5 year term. Money invested in our healthcare venture capital fund will be locked in for a period of 5 years, during which time we will develop our portfolio companies and seek a return on the fund's initial investment.
